TERMS CONCERNING RECEIPT OF COUNTERFEIT WATCHES

In forwarding a watch to WPBWATCHCO WHOLESALE, the owner of the watch asserts its authenticity with respect to the brand and model as stated. If a counterfeit timepiece is forwarded to WPBWATCHCO WHOLESALE, the owner of said timepiece accepts the following terms of disposition: As a dealer exclusively of authentic pre-owned timepieces, WPBWATCHCO WHOLESALE has a universal policy of seizing and destroying counterfeit watches. In each instance that WPBWATCHCO receives a counterfeit timepiece, we are obligated to remove this fraudulent article from commercial circulation, and it will be disposed of accordingly.
